Three tools from the list that I'd point a small business in Asia-Pacific to first. Nobody paid for these. They're new, so treat my notes as a reason to try them, not a guarantee.

Kothok AI in customer support

Most AI support tools I test are built for English-only websites. Kothok was built in Dhaka for shops that sell over WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, and it replies in the mixed languages customers actually type, like Banglish or Manglish. Billing per conversation rather than per message means a busy week doesn't produce a surprise bill, and there's a free tier of 20 conversations a month to try it on real customers.

Free (20 conversations/month); Starter $19, Growth $49, Business $99 per month; Enterprise custom; billed per conversation · score 77/100

Epimela in customer support

Epimela does one job for one kind of business: trades and local service firms that take bookings by WhatsApp and phone. It asks the customer for the details that are missing, then turns the chat into a job, a quote and a schedule, with a separate view for technicians. It works on your existing WhatsApp number, which is how most service customers in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and India already book. It's new and priced in euros, so use the trial first.

Free trial; Starter €49/month, Pro €99/month; AI phone number is an add-on · score 75/100

Hubitos in design

Hubitos is built in Singapore for online sellers. It researches Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Amazon listings, makes product shots and short videos, then schedules posts and handles comments from one place. The app is in English, Vietnamese and Chinese and hands off to Telegram and Zalo, which few Western tools bother with. The free plan only publishes to X, so most sellers will need Pro.

Free (1,000 signup credits + 50/day check-in, X only); Pro $39/mo ($29 first month, 15,000 credits); Max $49/mo ($35 first month, 35,000 credits); Business custom · score 73/100
